Massage Therapy

Massage is one of the oldest healing modalities. Studies have shown that it is effective in easing a range of symptoms related to a variety of ailments and preventing many physical and psychological conditions.

One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of dopamine, serotonin – the brain chemicals that produce feelings of wellbeing. At the same time levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol are reduced.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient science that has been in the recent years increasingly backed up by the findings of medical researches of the modern era.

I have been practicing for over 25 years and teaching Classical and Hatha yoga since 2018 when completed my qualification in India, where I returned repeatedly, deepened my practice and studied Yoga philosophy. I am ever grateful to be able to share this wonderful practice with my students and see how they benefit from it.
