One-to-one classes

The classes are tailored to you individually. They are slow, allowing space for mindful transitions as getting into the posture is already the posture. Finding stillness in the movement to create connection to ourselves that has been lost due to physical and mental patterns.

I will guide you through a series of postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and short meditations can be included. There is a particular emphasis on the breath. The breath is a powerful tool for supporting the vital functions of the body and making the nervous system more resilient.

The posture practice is slow and gentle yet builds strength and flexibility in the body, promotes calmness and clarity of the mind.

One to One yoga classes are available to book in the beautiful holistic wellness centre in Belsize Park, Vitruvian Wellness. I also offer home visits, in-person classes in the convenience of your home.
